Oh man! After days of consistent weightloss or maintenance, I gained half a pound since yesterday. I know it's not a big deal, but it was a bit disappointing that the scale went the opposite direction. I'm sure it's partly due to the way I ate yesterday. This was the first weekend of low carbing, and i thought i was ok because I had enough low carb foods and snacks; but I guess I overdid it at some points. Weekends are usually the time where I give in to snacking a lot. Now I'm determined to eat very clean today so I see good results tomorrow.
