I ate at pizza hut last night. I probably could have weighted another pound lighter without it. Way to much sodium and of course it was pan crust. But I lost 2 pounds this week on to the next two pounds. My goal this week is to keep calories around 1200 a day and stick to wheat free.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pizza .... Mmmmm .. I'd LOVE to devour just ONE greasy, cheesy slice! Okay, now that I have that out of my system (only somewhat), I'll say congratulations! 2 lbs a week is something to be quite proud of! Keep it up! :):)
