Another week - another pound lost. At this rate by this time next year I'll be skinny!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1327 kcal Fat: 98.82g | Prot: 78.09g | Carb: 35.84g.   Breakfast: cream, brewed coffee, sweetener, cream, brewed coffee, sweetener, egg, lemon, water. Lunch: lettuce, blue & Roquefort cheese salad dressing, red cabbage, carrot, baby greens, avacado, water. Dinner: Sauce, spaghetti squash, olive oil, butter, cauliflower, sausage, chicken breast, sour cream. Snacks/Other: water, strawberries, Whipping Cream, almonds. more...

Go you! I am also quite happy for little by little, as long as over a month you can see a drop (any amount) I'm happy.
