Another week - another pound lost. At this rate by this time next year I'll be skinny!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1327 kcal Fat: 98.82g | Prot: 78.09g | Carb: 35.84g.   Breakfast: cream, lemon, egg, brewed coffee, sweetener, water, brewed coffee, sweetener, cream. Lunch: avacado, baby greens, blue & Roquefort cheese salad dressing, lettuce, egg, water, red cabbage, carrot. Dinner: cauliflower, water, Sauce, sausage, spaghetti squash, sour cream, chicken breast, olive oil, butter. Snacks/Other: Whipping Cream, strawberries, water, almonds. more...

Go you! I am also quite happy for little by little, as long as over a month you can see a drop (any amount) I'm happy.
