Very upset I didn't lose any more
But I'm going to stay positive - I feel much better eating this way
Would have like to lose some before this challenging week
But will stay on plan as much as possible
Because if NOT I will gain really quick!!
Bought the new book - going to read it this week and find out
what I'm doing wrong
203.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
