So happy to have seen a net loss of another pound this week. It's been tough with a few of my regular Buddies out of town and not here to boost me up non-stop, but I made some new friends here and I've kept up my habit of entering every single food item, no matter how tedious. I wanted to eat another pickle spear late last night, but I thought, "No, because I'd have to go online and enter it, so I'll skip it." LOL.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing great! By the way you probably know this but just in case you dont.... pickles are one of those special negative calorie foods that actually burn more calories to consume and digest it than it carries. I wish I had those type of night cravings... I usually crave high calorie crap. That reminds me... I really should stock up on pickles!

I didn't know that about pickles! Thank you, Jess! I try and be frugal with them because the huge sodium content can pack on the water and cause discouraging morning weights that just piss me off. Gaining half a pound in the morning for two 5 calorie pickles would ruin my whole day, LOL. Maybe if I rinse them off first...? I get them at Walmart or Costco on the giant jars.
