whoop! down 3 more pounds!
263.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1533 kcal Fat: 63.90g | Prot: 71.17g | Carb: 174.06g.   Breakfast: steak sauce, ground beef. Lunch: french fries mcdonalds, Chicken McNuggets (4 Pieces). Dinner: garlic toast great value, macaroni grill fettecini alfredo pasta dinner, canned whole potatoes, green beans cut great value, cantaloupe, boneless chicken breast great value. Snacks/Other: dark chocolate raspberry ice cream, banana. more...
