Very disappointing. I've been trying to do better, but have gained another two pounds. I do NOT want to get back up to 190 again! The rest of this week is going to be hard, too, because my daughter is home from Afghanistan until Sat, and we are going to go out to eat, etc.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Tai-Lin, try to set your mind on success, not failure. If you know what restaurant you will be eating at, look up the menu on-line, if possible. Most restaurants have menus on their websites, and even some will have calorie/nutrition information. Go ahead and make your choice before you get there, and don't even open the menu, or temptation may take control. This is what I try to do every time I know that I will be eating out at a restaurant, so I don't even open the menu at the table. This way my decision is made when I'm not hungry, and fall to temptation. You can do it. Listen two pound is a small gain, so stay focused, and you will be losing those two pounds before you know it.
