Well day two is done and as of this morning I am down 3.5 lbs since Monday's start. This is nothing, I have always started well with the weight loss but when it starts to slow down or to fluctuate I let those around me derail me. I did say "I" let them. I will take the blame or most of it anyway as the worst offender is DH for leading the way (and I am a follower. LOL). He'll say "I want you to loose weight and be heatlhier - lets get a pizza for dinner". This does not help. Getting off target. So my kitchen scale when for sh*t this morning, so instead of guessing at ingredients for the omlet I had plain eggs only. Not what I was expecting but what I can track.
