Im happy, I have been feeling really good lately. I was going to cook one of the meals that I found on FS but forgot the main ingredient... the chicken!... I guess I can do a little bit of exercise woking to the shop!... its only 3k away
153.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
