Haven't lost in two weeks. Went on vacation. feel like I did ok, staying almost steady with light exercise and different foods. Back on track today!!! Want to be 6 lbs down by the 11th. Who knew that Chili's nachos were that bad. OMG. I almost had heart failure when I got home and put in that number.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
