It was light out on my way to work, I'm wearing jeans I couldn't have worn 2 months ago, and I'm in first place this week in the Lebo Biggest Loser contest. It's a good Friday!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
