day one P3 stabilization day four thyroid

long week. very tired. Weight can go up or down during this first week or two. I think that I am probably sitting around a true weight of 165-166. Staying focused on eating well....trying not to be tempted to continue minimal calorie intake. working some more calories into my diet...after 600-700 calories a day, this feels like A TON of food. I can barely choke it down! Will work out on Sunday as I am not teaching yoga tomorrow. Taking a revision class.

No sugars, no carbs, no grains....craving oatmeal!

167.2 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
