Yesterday I put together a big sign on my fridge just to make sure no body buys the stuff that I cant eat!!!... its a bit selfish but I dont care!... if my boyfriend wants to eat pizza he can go to the restaurant and top it up with icecream as long as I dont feel tempted...
154.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
