18%body fat weighed myself after breakfast. Have been eating cake and other bad stuff lately. I have returned to the diet these past 2 days, so hopefully next weight in I will be less.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
