Had an off weekend, and a rough start to the week, but somehow managed to lose weight. Odd. Trying to figure out the X-Factor I'm missing. I did smoke cigarettes on Saturday, perhaps they account for the metabolic boost, though I really don't want to focus on that if it's true.
