I know that you cannot measure the resolve it took yesterday not to eat the twix when i bought one for my son, and the fries i skipped in the evening twice! but the scale is making a pretty good attempt today!
201.7 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
