Obviously last week's weigh in was incorrect. This sucks.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

This may not be the case. This is not an exact science and as close as you are to you're goals, any down trend is bound to be mighty mighty slow. Stick with it, next week you may be 154.

Thanks for the encouragement. Congrats on your weight loss! Do you really do no soda, even diet? Has that helped with the weight loss? I'm a soda fanatic.
