it hard to stay motivate in exercising my skin is getting very lose and ugly.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

It will take some time for your skin to rebound. Depending on your age. It will always be somewhat loose but remember that is so much healthier to carry around than the extra fat. Keep at this and don't let this be an excuse. You will continue to get the extra skin. Just think of it as your jeans getting too big. And remember what it felt like to carry that extra weight around all day. YOU can do this. I understand about the skin and I understand that at first to see yourself getting loose is a shock. But you will adjust! Don't give up
