IM a SLACKER yes I know!!! I am back though my birthday week has caused me to gain!! this is rediculous I should have better will power this. I am sticking to it now. I just cant believe how fast I gained the weight back just by cheating a little bit apparently I am never going to be able to cook for my family or eat out or enjoy a cocktail again.
218.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2011:
1215 kcal Fat: 24.32g | Prot: 61.93g | Carb: 187.72g.   Breakfast: fat free milk great value, special K red berries. Lunch: oikos, great value 2% american cheese, deli fresh oscar meyer turkey, Honey 7 Grain Wheat Bread, olive oil mayo, ice burg lettuce. Dinner: green giant just ones, Complete Meals Chicken Parmigiana. Snacks/Other: fat free milk great value, fiber plus bar, reeses cups, rold gold pretzels. more...
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Not true....you can, but it must be the exception not the rule.....and if you do cheat, you must immediately re-focus.....you haven't journaled or recorded in days, this exercise is essential to keep you focused and accountable, know that your "buddies are watching and checking in on you", we are not shy to give you a "soft" kick in the butt....:) So, I guess eggplant parm, should not be on the menu Saturday? Oh and by the way my weight was up last night before i went to bed...this morning it was back down to 218.4 so idont know maybe i was bloated from aunt flo visiting

Understood....I am going with the eggplant, I think.....just keep the rest of the week....rigid....:)
