When will I be under 160? Is it ever going to happen? Started Biggest Loser Cardio Max last week and everything hurt so much that I'm sure I was holding water in my muscles, but now I'm pain-free and I've been eating Valentine's cake for 3 days so I'm back up. I have been trying to be reasonable with portions but I guess I wasn't. I've been around these 3 pounds forever though and I would just like to start losing again- it seems like every time I get down to 160, I go up a few. Grr.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
