Yay! One more lb lost, and half an inch lost on each measurement! I'm making progress and am also feeing good.
Measurements: Waist 28 Lower waist 31 Hips 37
Small note - I allowed myself a diet coke yesterday at home and it wasn't nearly as satisfying as I thought it would be. I also was a bit bloated and headachy afterward...
