Down another 2 lbs.... way to go :) As long as i keep up my routine with exercising and eating right i will be down to my goal by summer. Then by end of summer new goal weight will start.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
