I'm working my "I'm happier without it" mantra. I hesitate to weigh in today, but I was down so why not. Slamming the water and sincerely thinking about how I feel at weight and how I feel heavy.

Still going 30 days to see if I can drop to the 155....day three and things are fine.

166.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
