It is shortly before that time of month and my cravings for salt are just through the roof. So of course my snacking has been really bad. I haven't had time to keep this up to date but I need to just to make sure I am keeping control over the snacks.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
