Wow, what a terrible weigh in. I ate dinner way too late. Huge mistake. Sometimes, life gets in the way. I had to leave home at 4PM for a business mixer and I had a pear before I left so I wouldn't get hungry. I was so good - didn't eat any of their yummy looking appies while I was out. Got home at 8:45PM, ate dinner at 9:30PM.

Ugh. I hate eating late and it always bites me in the rear when it occasionally happens.

I know the 1.5 pounds the scale is saying is not true, but it can be depressing anyhow.

Just sticking to my plan. Tomorrow will be better.
239.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
