Wearing nothing but a t shirt, I think clothes and pj's were throwing off my weight. Delighted right now. Loads of housework to do today and gonna watch season 3 of Sherlock. Work Out after :D
295.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
