I can't remember the last time after a weekend I didn't gain some weight, even if it was only a pound. Today, I actually dropped another pound from my last weigh in!!

Goal for this and next week is to lose 8.5 pounds total and be in the 240's !!! Let's keep the motivation going!!

258.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
