Weight loss is coming along great. Staying away from the junk food and eating heathier food is certainly helping. Have managed to keep up with exercise fairly well in spite of freezing temps. It's warmed up again so now I have no excuse not to get out and walk. I've lost 2.5 pounds since Feb 8. I don't know why the huge drop, and it does concern me, so I'm trying to make sure I take in more calories than I was. I just find that I get full so fast now. I had 2 tacos for dinner last night and that's all I needed.
