Yesterday I thought I had enough willpower to eat one serving of tortilla chips. I was wrong. I also thought I could have one fun size Twix. Still wrong. I guess I should just leave those items off of the shopping list next time. :/

While I was away from home I was performing Insanity, because I didn't need weights. Today I am going to switch back to ChaLean EXTREME and I'm on the first week of the Push Phase. I'm a little nervous to see how well I do...
105.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make your own tortilla chips from corn tortillas and maybe you won't eat as many if you have to take the little extra time to prepare them. Also I actually over indulged yesterday too. Had a few too many chocolate and Caramel peanut clusters and had a hearty dinner which was stuffed chicken over rice with a creamy sauce topped with some bacon. I will send you the recipe. Yum! Haven't made it in a long time and that is a good thing as rich in calories as it is. :)

Too easy to just keep munching without thinking. I did that with popcorn yesterday not thinking that more than a little gives me a horrible stomachache. Did me in for accomplishing much after that. since I live alone I simply don't buy things that I shouldn't eat or drink. Not so easy if you live with your family.

Yeah, the only way to keep myself from eating those things is to keep them out of the house. Laziness beats hunger every time. :)
