Happy Valentine's!

More than numbers in the scale, I'm feeling this loss in my clothes. I'm chalking that up to so much weight training. I don't know, but it feels good!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
