Up a pound over the weekend :-(
To much traveling - had to eat out 3 times and not at the best
fast food restaurants for low carb.
But measured myself and lost one inch - so I will take that.
Now back on plan and not looking back. Need to lose big this week
hard challenge next week.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
