Having some real problems with sugar spiking from the Silk Almond milk. I really need to watch my sugar intake.
396.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 171.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you get the UNSWEETENED kind? I'm diabetic, and it doesn't bother me at all...

I usually do but this time we went to 3 different stores (Fred Meyer, Albertsons, Winco) and none of them had it in stock. Really frustrating driving around that much and coming up empty handed. There is a diabetic store not far from here that will be open on Monday and I know they have it so that is my next trip. Until then I have some unsweetened stuff left so I will mix the two and try that.
