Well weight spiked during the week...but then this morning I was back to the same weight. Hopefully this weekend I stay on track and get that to continue down.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I agree with Lynn. You have come so far. Something I have discovered is Chai powder. I mix it with my chocolate Muscle Milk and it fills me up. It expands. bought it at Sprouts, a grocery store in Scottsdale but any health food section would have it. I freeze my glasses and put the cold muscle milk in them. Yummy. Keep up the good work
