Last day on phase 1...not to shabby a weight loss!
Tomorrow is the beginning of phase 2 which means a bit of carbs to add in. I'm prepared with a loaf of eziekiel bread.

I've walked every day this wk and feel pretty good once I get going. I'm averaging a 25 min mile....need to pick up the pace!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Good job on ending phase 1. What a great acheivement. I bet lots of your clothes are getting loose or starting to fit better! Good luck on phase 2.
