I know I'm gaining a little/maintaining as far as the scale goes, but my bf% is still dropping and I'm back in my size 4 jeans today. This is due, I am sure, to weight lifting. My new trainer is terrific...and is kicking my serious ass. Very happy with this weigh-in.
