Plateau continues. But I'm not disheartened. However, I have a mandatory lunch out for a co-worker's Baby Shower. Healthiest menu item I could find (stupid restaurant has no nutrition info, so I had to guesstimate) was a Salmon over Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinagrette. Ordered no croutons, no egg, dressing on side. Basically, red onion, Salmon, Spinach. Hopefully it doesn't throw me off too much.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
