Tested the week with 1600 calories. This week I'm trying 1500...
152.7 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1470 kcal Fat: 42.73g | Prot: 89.57g | Carb: 191.35g.   Breakfast: orange, kirkland crumbled bacon, kirkland real egg, weight watchers. Lunch: string cheese, nature valley granola square, apple, boneless skinless chicken breast, light mayonnaise, sara lee 80 calorie hamburger bun. Dinner: seattle sourdough, brummel & brown, My Cheeseburger Macaroni. Snacks/Other: nature valley granola square, fiber one bar, net 4, banana, skippy reduced fat. more...
