Tested the week with 1600 calories. This week I'm trying 1500...
152.7 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1470 kcal Fat: 42.73g | Prot: 89.57g | Carb: 191.35g.   Breakfast: kirkland crumbled bacon, weight watchers, orange, kirkland real egg. Lunch: string cheese, light mayonnaise, boneless skinless chicken breast, apple, sara lee 80 calorie hamburger bun, nature valley granola square. Dinner: My Cheeseburger Macaroni, seattle sourdough, brummel & brown. Snacks/Other: banana, nature valley granola square, fiber one bar, net 4, skippy reduced fat. more...
