I'm feeling lethargic these days. I am going to speak with my doctor about what I should really be eating becuase I wonder if I'm actually taking in enough calories for a person who works out an hour a day for six days a week... Someone suggested that 1200-1300 calories is just not enough for me and that's why I might feel so sore or tired at the end of the day. Any thoughts?
141.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
