I'm not going to let this minor set back in my weight phase me because I know exactly where its all going. That little pouch in my belly that's always the first spot I start to gain and the first spot where it starts to come off again. I'm assuming that this new wave of cold weather we've been getting has set my body into storage mode as I notice I've also been craving more carbs and starchy foods lately as well. I am still making great strides else where in ways that the scale can't measure like strength, stamina, and a noticable improvement in overall muscle tone. I am particularly proud of the fact that I can jog the full mile to my daughters school including the occasional spots that are up hill now without feeling winded and in fact still have the energy to go a bit further these days. With that in mind I'm sure that if I just keep maintaining my focus on regular aerobic excercise and strenght training (my abs are getting serious attention for the next few weeks) I'll be able to put this little set back behind be and shed that little pouch in no time.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
