Fledgist's Journal, 10 February 2011

Down a bit more today. Plus I've hit another milestone. I'm moving along reasonably well. Down to under 17 ½ stone. Still quite a way to go, but making good progress.

Can't say the same about the weather. Looking out of the window at more white stuff. Winter has already lasted too long.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We woke up to snow here too. Haven't seen this much snow in decades! I know you measure weight by stones, but I'm looking at you approaching that 100-lbs-down mark. That is incredible!

Your history shows a slow and steady loss. That's the best way to lose. IT means the weight will stay off. Fantastic achievement!

Thanks all. I intend the weight to stay off. My concern, in the long run, is to find a way to maintain a stable weight, with a healthy diet that is high in fibre and protein without too much meat. I'm really ready for winter to be over too.
