Well, I am back. Getting on the scale this morning was a wake up call. I need to continue to record caloric intake and exercise to help me maintain the weight I have lost.

Starting today, I will begin using fatsecret again. My goal is to lose the pounds I put back on and then maintain my weight loss.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 April 2009:
1437 kcal Fat: 37.69g | Prot: 35.41g | Carb: 248.58g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), honey kix. Lunch: sweetened iced tea, caramel sauce, chocolate ice cream, dinner roll, mashed potatoes, beef gravy, hamburger patty. Dinner: milk 2%, honey kix. Snacks/Other: chocolate candy bar, saltines, skittles. more...
