I have cut down a bit on the calories and my weight is dropping pretty quickly. Since this weight loss is faster than I'm really looking for I'm going to have to stop that.

Never-the-less it is nice to be losing weight again after a week and a half of my weight fluctuating around 224.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
