Day 3 - The 17 Day Diet: 136 (-.8) Since I decided to try to "jump-start" my weight loss and couldn't find much on FS about the 17 Day Diet I thought I would keep a daily journal. Day 3 and almost down a pound. Not tired, hungry, crabby, basically no complaints. I do exercise more than 17 minutes a day. I think that was just put in the book to encourage non-exercisers to just do something for 17 minutes, because usually once you get going - you put in more time. To be continued. . .
