I lost another 100g! :) This is the 4th day in a row where I lose weight, it makes me happy! Steady does it, and it does it well.

Yesterday, I did "cheat" on dinner, and went to have a durum roll at the local pizza place - not really bad food though:

A large 12" tortilla, about 4 cups of lettuce, grilled chicken breast, ranch dressing. That's it. I calculated it all, and I did good on my RDI, so no regrets. Also, it tastes great! :)

Today, I hope for a quiet day at work - my new work place is usually like that, but I need it a little extra today. I am tired, didn't sleep enough and basically just want to sit there, do my work, listen to a little music and chill out.

Life is good. :)
272.9 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
