Not bad as far as weight goes. The RL is still going strong though. If only I knew for sure what was causing it...

edit: I remembered that I had this multivitamin (Centrum) lying around for some months. I had bought it ironically for fasting but then gave up and its been sitting on the pantry lol. It was the perfect occasion to see whether this RL issue has anything to do with a deficiency in some nutrient. This is kind of a "bazooka" since it provides lots of nutrients all at once but that's exactly what I want now. If it works, then I'll start trying to figure out what I've been missing in my diet :) Happyyyy! lol
130.7 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
