I haven't lost any weight, although I kept the diet. Very annoying. I guess I should be happy that I didn't gain back any, but still. If I cannot lose with 1200 kcal, then how much should I eat?
149.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
