Sure enough, the stress is doing its thing - down 1.5lbs overnight.
That's not really how I want to lose weight though; I know from having gone through it before it will come back just as easily....

154.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
