This was a great surprise but the problem is, my RL yesterday didn't let me sleep for quite some time. I was extremely sleepy but every time I relaxed my legs I would feel like I was getting the tickle torture lol and would immediately start "running in place" lol. It's a scary feeling. I don't know when I ended up sleeping. I appear to have slept well (given the time of sleep) but, when I woke up, my sheets were abnormally sweaty lol. Today I'm going to start ruling out things to try to get to what's causing this. Sugar will be the last since I don't want to throw my progress in this away. Today I'm not having dried fruits or nuts for breakfast. I don't know if there might be something in there that I'm eating in excess. What is really messed up about this is it becomes stronger, the more tired and sleepy you are... :P As I sit in this chair I feel the "electrical-like" surges on my legs, trying to contract the muscles. Yesterday I also felt a bit on my arms. My neck was still stiff but didn't suffer from this surge this time. sigh... lol

I will start doing exercise again because, not doing it is not having a beneficial effect on this. My intuition tells me that sugar withdrawal is definitely causing this but I will give it some time. My sleeping schedules being somewhat confused may also be contributing (perhaps).

Welcome to my circle of buddies Altendorf! :)

While I was cycling today, I felt RL acting up on my legs and when I finished and went to take a shower, something very unexpected happened. I had a very mild hypoglycemia episode. Is it possible that the fruit I had for breakfast caused a sugar crash?! Or is it possible that my blood-sugar got naturally low as opposed to getting low due to insulin response? I didn't think this was possible if that's the case. Going to eat something now to make it go away.

edit: One of the great things about quitting refined sugar is that I'm rarely hungry when compared to before. Before doing this I would always be hungry. Now, for most of those occasions, I'll be fine nibbling on something small, and because most things seem to taste good to me (it's not a sacrifice to eat healthy food as it was before) it's now easier to eat both less and healthier. My desire for sweets is practically gone now. I'm sure they would taste good but I just don't desire them anymore (at least for now heheh). In the after noon, my RL symptoms seems to be less intense than in the morning. I hope this keeps up until bedtime and beyond lol.

edit: Today I included calisthenics (only chin ups and push ups) in my exercise session. I will start by doing these alone and may include others gradually in the future.

ugh... I ate too much lol. I didn't finish the grapes :) I think my stomach is getting smaller. I remember this having fit without problems not long ago.

Maybe because your concentrating on it it can make the symptoms feel worse. Not that its not real just if you are lying there nearly expecting it or wondering if it will come could intensify it?

Thanks Ninaj! :) I'm almost sure that, the more I think about it, the worse it gets. The problem is, when it comes, I can't help thinking about it lol. And, at the first times, some exercises and stretching would help but yesterday it was all to no avail :P

Thanks Bunnyhall! :) I'm still confident that I have lots of things to try. And, ultimately, the sugar ban is on the table lol (hope it doesn't come to that though because now it's just advantages without suffering) heheh.
