Well I did exactly the opposite of what I planned to and absolutely let myself eat any and every thing I wanted over the holidays BUT it's now time to get my head back in the game. My husband, kids and I joined the community center and we are ready to get healthy!!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
