I finally realized that I'm just ingesting too many calories for my activity level. Time to step it up this week. I will go back to replacing dinner with soup and lunch with a protein shake where practical. I will shoot for 3 out of 5 days and see how that goes.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
